INTERNET RATES FOR YEAR 2007

Rates quoted includes:
	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
	Rates are quoted without breakfast.
	Terms & Conditions applies.

Terms & Conditions:
	The above rates are not subject to any peak period surcharge.
	We do not supply extra mattress but we supply extra bed at RM31.50 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
	Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM10.00 nett per pax.
	Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request.
	No extra charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
	Check In Time : 2.00 pm.
	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
	We accept most major credit card including Visa and Mastercard only.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.
